Community Services

The Community Services division of Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. provides a variety of services and programs that support and strive to improve communities and the lives of community members. Many programs are focused on assisting community members that are low income and experiencing housing instability or financial concerns. Some services aid participants in finding mainstream resources that will help them improve their lives. Additional Community Services programs concentrate on assisting community members with services that support and uplift but do not provide financial resources.
