WINNEBAGO, Minn., Apr 9, 2012 — Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. is set to open the South Central Area Learning Center in the education building at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Between June and September the center will serve approximately 35 children, ages six weeks to kindergarten age, whose parents work in agriculture. Migrant and Seasonal Head
Tri-Valley MHS has been operating out of the Sleepy Eye Public School district building since 2001. At that time, the program was only able to be in operation for approximately eight weeks due to space limitations. Now, the new modular facility will allow the program to provide services from May through November.There are eight classrooms
