(Crookston, Minn.)- The Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. Board of Directors announced today the company will initiate a two year Chief Executive Officer Succession Plan commencing on October 1, 2012, and culminating with the smooth transition of Jason Carlson, Operations Officer, replacing Dennis P.
